We saw the latest Pirates of the Caribbean and Guardians of the Galaxy 2 at the drive-in.
We visited the Jordan River Temple grounds that were blocked off for renovation, but found some ducks instead.
Grandma Bjarnson slept soundly when we visited her. She is 90 years old!
We chilled outside.
Last day of kindergarten!
Last day of 2nd grade!
Last day of 4th grade!
These two actually liked school, which made mornings easy!
We headed to the Pizza Factory and Fat Cats arcade to celebrate the end of school.
Then the kids were able to pick out a prize at Toys R Us after.
I passed 14444 miles on the van, only I forgot to snap a photo right then.
I kicked off summer by taking the Activity Days girls to Heritage Park on free day, which was a mighty task. It was crazy busy there!
The balloon guy made a hot air balloon for Makayla at Texas Roadhouse.
Such a sweet sight! Sterling read to Lincoln. Doesn't happen enough when they are actually getting along.
This boy headed up to Camp Tracy with his cub scout troop.
Scott went with him on the first day. Sterling loved it and bought 2 pocket knives; oy vey!
Our pretty tiger lilies brightened the porch.
We headed to Cedar and visited Scott's parents. Marv has been really sick for a few months. Doctors are still puzzled by his condition: blurred vision, whacked out blood cells, kidney stones, heart issues. He might possibly have cancer hidden in his bones. Also, he has diabetes. Poor guy!
We saw the newest Smurfs at the theater.
Hung out at the Museum of Curiosity with cousins.
Scored some free smoothies.
Our community state delegate, Scott, supported the Republican nominating convention in Orem.
Celebrated our favorite Dad!
Kids surprised Dad with these papers.
Had a nice gathering on Father's Day with cousins.
Found a praying mantis outside. We love these little guys!
And Scott and Makayla scrubbed the boat in preparation for an outing.
We also passed 15555 on the van and I failed to take a picture.
Sterling turned 8 years old!
Sterling is a happy, loving, cuddly boy. He is comfortable being hugged, his back tickled, or nuzzling his parents. He is good at math. His favorite thing ever is Minecraft and a game called Roadblocks. When he is playing toys, it's usually with boats, cars, airplanes, or helicopters. He also fiercely loves the cats and will protect them from being teased by little brother. His favorite cartoon is 'Inspector Gadget.' Sterling screams the loudest and is the first to tattle or yell his opinion. We honored his wish to go camping on his birthday. We headed down to Fish Lake on his actual birthday. We love Sterling very much!
