The boys flew their planes.
Salt Lake friends came to visit: Lizzy and Ryan Martin.
The 4th of July was spent smoking a brisket and doing some fireworks.
Speaking of cars, Makayla got her permit. We passed 43k miles on the Yukon. We also helped a ward friend, Brandon, find and buy a car.
Elder Jayden Paxton came home from his mission in Washington. He was supposed to head to the Tonga area, but was reassigned after the shutdowns. Bryan surprised him with a ride in his fixed up Corvette.
Jayden's homecoming and Kasen's farewell were about the same time. So we headed up to Cedar to support them. Kasen is also going to Washington (Kennewick) on his mission.
It has been so hot here! Over 100 every day. We are paying for it in our utility bills!
Random pics of collecting Monopoly pieces, Rosco, neighbor Aimee, the Woodsworth's tree that sadly blew over, and a new bed frame plus nightstands.
Makayla went on pioneer trek. She is the 2nd girl from the right. Her parents were pretty cook, the LeBaron's from the 5th ward. He is also a bishop. They trekked through Arizona by the Grand Canyon.
Sterling got his temple recommend and we took him to do baptisms at Cedar Temple.
Mak made farewell posters for Adi, a yw who moved to Vegas, and the Orrocks- (that one was a joke.)
I rang in 42 years old by feeling pretty loved! Maisy sent me socks, the Brockbanks gave me cupcakes, and Penny sent me flowers! (Can you tell my love language is gifts?) Plus, I got my family to explore pioneer things around town like a museum, the Brigham Young house, and the old courthouse and jail. I also got a new doll and Vickie thoughtfully make me a beautiful quilt. What a great day!
