We headed to Cedar City and Las Vegas for our week off school.
First we watched conference at Bryan and Candi's home. They played a fun game where everyone chose a key word and each time a speaker said the word, you got chocolate.
Day 1
We had a nice Easter morning at Marv and Vickie's home.
We ate lunch with cousins and then hit the road.
We checked into the Luxor hotel. And at the last minute, we caught Criss Angel's magic show.
Day 2
Woke to a cool shadow view from our window. Then ate a buffet brunch.
Visited M&M World and some other stores. Found a fun facts book.
Played at an arcade.
Finished the night off with a fun show by the Blue Man Group.
Day 3
Played a good chunk of the day at the Pinball Hall of Fame.
Met up with my friend Kerrah and her sons Enzo and Alex at Circus Circus.
Enjoyed a dinner buffet at the Luxor.
Day 4
We were drawn to watching a window washer clean our window on floor 27 of the pyramid.
Then we headed to the El Dorado Silver Mine and went on a tour.
The property was very unique. Rattlesnakes, aliens, or a jackelope, anyone?
The scenery was unbeatable.
Then we explored an abandoned mine up the street.
Swam, then enjoyed the water-show.
Day 5
After a movie, 'Ready. Player One', we headed to Hoover Dam.
We went on the Dam Tour and saw behind the scenes.
Got some dam pictures and mints.
Spent calories and replaced them.
Ended the night with 5 games each bowling marathon.
Day 6
Snuggled Chloe on our way home. The best part of Spring Break? New memories and time together.
