May 2016

We found a praying mantis nest a few months ago, and we patiently waited for the weather to warm up.

Scott gently took off the nest and placed it in the bug cage, which sat for a few weeks in his office.  Eventually, he heard the tiny buzzing noises which meant, they hatched!  We let them go in the yard!

My sisters, mom, grandma, and I all enjoyed a nice brunch at grandma's care center. My mom regularly visits Grandma Bjarnson and sings songs and reads poems with her.  She is the world's best daughter-in-law!

The Cinco De Mayo Parade was fun.

Nickelmania was a hit.

The bird refuge was beautiful.

Watched a little falcon eat his prey on a telephone pole back at home.

We pet cats at the Humane Society.  We aim to stop by monthly.

Visited the tiny Farmington Cabela's.

Lagoon opened up! We were happy to come back.

The grandkids serenaded Grandma Diane on Mother's Day.

My family was good to me too!  I love them all more than they know.

Scott successfully used his Christmas gift, the 'pizza-que'.

I helped 3rd grade with their math sundae party.

This guy was too cute to pass up for a photo.

Lincoln graduated Bengal Paw Preschool!  He was pretty cute in his program.  Now, on to kindergarten in the fall!

We saw "A Beautiful Planet" at Clark.

And stopped by the 1st KFC for a bite to eat and a museum to browse.

And the kids came up with a little carnival for their own entertainment.
