December 2019

Sweet kitties.

Got boxed in by semi trucks and went with my friend Barbara to the Salt Lake Temple.

Lincoln sang with his class at the bank.

 Watched Makayla's dance recital.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Festival of Trees.

Uncle Larry had his own tree created & donated by his family.

And we got to meet 2 week old baby Gideon!

Kayla decorated a gingerbread house and we picked out our neighbor gifts.

Sterling went to Junior Achievement and worked in the Delta Sky Club.  I volunteered in the KSL News studio.

We took Aunt Lisa out for her birthday. Seeing Santa was a bonus!

We had amazing seats at the Tabernacle Christmas Concert!  The way they exited the parking garage was a nightmare though. We were literally underground for one hour before they let us out! Yikes! Perkins family came over to visit the next day.

The Hebdon Christmas party was good.  Afterwards we threw a baby shower for Rachel and Ben.

We headed to the Temple one last time before it closed for 4 years!  Boy, was it crowded!

Went to Heritage Park, made candles, and ate gingerbread cookies.

Hosted a secret Santa party for Makayla's friends.  They decorated sugar cookies, had a hot chocolate bar, and exchanged gifts.  Makayla got an 'M' mug and some scrunchies.  Such great group of girls.

Scott took the boys to Nickelmania during the party.

Ordered our Christmas cards.

Saw the Christmas movies at Clark and then dined in for yummy Thai food lunch.

I attended the water aerobics white elephant party. I love these women!  From the time I quit teaching school in 2012, they have been my friends.  They allowed me to be the youngest girl in their workout group and they are so kind to me.  I always will hold a special place in my heart for them.  Some of my favorites are Marilyn, Karen, Nancy, Jane, Norma, Shauna, Sherri, Nikki, Martha, Lin, and Virginia.

Enjoyed a nice Christmas Adam party with my family.  Cute little Gideon was baby Jesus and Ava was his mom.  Ben and Rachel gifted us a squatty potty and poopouri spray.  We gifted Danny a gun that shoots tennis balls for Wall-E and a tub of peanut butter m&ms.

Had a wonderful Christmas with lots of spoilage.  Makayla got a Nintendo Switch, some art supplies, and clothes.  Sterling got drones, cars, and guns. Lincoln got buildable machines, cars, and games.  We gave them some touch screen games and remote control trucks.

Makayla and I went to the Hebdon white elephant party. We got a kick out of this funny hat Makayla got and Grandma H stole.  lol

Smoked some yummy ribs.

Admired our Christmas card collection.

Went to Cedar to visit during the school holiday.  Had a good time with the cousins playing lastertag and round robin.  Vickie invited us all to visit the Temple for her birthday celebration.

Emiliya created this painting of Marv for Bryan & Candi's movie theater.  She is way talented and it looks pretty accurate don't you think ?!

Went to IHop for Vickie's birthday breakfast.  And hit up Nickelmania on the way home.

Rang in the new year with the Woods and my parents.

And noted the progress of Brighton.
