We are the proud owners of a new home! We just closed on this great house on Wednesday. Sure, it needs some work, but it's definitely a keeper. The basement is unfinished and we have taken on this project before we move in. The previous owners for some reason didn't even have a furnace down there, so we had to not only pay for a new one, but also all the ductwork involved. We still need to finish sheetrocking, painting, and also need to have carpet put in. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It's got plenty of space to run and sits on .31 acres. We are pretty excited!
My favorite part of the house is the kitchen area. It will have plenty of cupboard space. Plus, the circular dining area is pretty unique.
Our house will need work, but it's definitely worth it! We are hoping to wrap things up and move before the end of May. Also, we're due in 6 weeks, so this will be interesting!
